Now Brandon says he was NEVER cooperating....
In a video posted on Instagram stories Brandon says he is not a snitch and would never go to court to testify against anyone, because he's been to jail before and would never try to put someone there. Brandon says all the information the police have they got from the viral video of his beating.
Brandon also used the opportunity to promote his new song "Bum Bum."
