Travis Scott Files Motion to Dismiss Astroworld Lawsuit

Last month 10 people died and over five hundred were injured after a crowd surge on the opening night of Travis Scott's Astroworld 2021 tour [click here if you missed that]. 

Facing billions of dollars in damages from lawsuits, Travis files to have the cases dismissed...

According to reports Travis Scott has responded with a general denial of responsibility to the first case filed against him and asked that the case be dismissed with prejudice, meaning the case can't be refiled. 

Travis' legal time is also working to have all 275 cases consolidated into one "multiple district litigation." 

This move indicates Travis is planning to deny responsibility for every case filed against him.
