Back in October, just weeks after the death of her husband Greg, former Real Housewives of Atlanta fan favorite NeNe Leakes listed the Duluth, GA home she and Greg purchased together back in 2015 [click here if you missed that].
According to reports NeNe has received an offer on her 10,000 square foot, 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom country club estate after slashing the price two times.
The house is under contract for $3.495 million, a tidy sum over the $2.1 million NeNe and Greg paid for the house, but nowhere near her original $4 million asking price.
