No Felony Charges for Tyga

Last month rapper Tyga turned himself in on felony domestic violence charges after his ex-girlfriend accused him of physical assault [click here if you missed that]. 

Tyga wins an early legal victory...

According to reports Tyga will NOT be charged with felony assault after the District Attorny sent his case to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office. Only the DA can bring felony charges.
