This week Donald Trump filed a preliminary injunction request in Florida asking a Federal judge to force Twitter to reinstate his account. Trump's legal team argue Twitter is preventing democratic discourse by cutting Trump off from his 88 million followers.
Donald Trump's account was suspended in January after a mob of his supporters stormed the Capitol to stop certification of the 2020 presidential election after a Save America rally where Trump told his followers the election had been stolen and they had to fight like hell or they wouldn't have a country [click here if you missed that].
