According to reports a lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court against Yeezy this week for failing to ship items purchased online within 30 days. The business code states that if an item ordered online cannot be shipped within thirty days a refund must be issued or notice of delay sent.
Kanye and Yeezy are accused of making untrue or misleading statements regarding their ability to ship products within a certain timeframe, even for customers who paid for expedited shipping.
The DA is requesting Yeezy be fined $2,500 for each violation and ordered to pay restitution.
