Last week there were reports that Nicki Minaj accuser Jennifer Hough would NOT be awarded a default judgment in her $20 million intimidation lawsuit after Nicki claimed she did not ignore the suit on purpose [click here if you missed that].
Not so fast...
According to reports a judge has overruled the clerk's decision to throw out the default judgment, for now.
The new ruling is a win for Hough and Minaj will have to prove her actions were a mistake and not willful negligence.
