According to reports Desiree Lindstrom was just shot down in court after filing a motion to be recognized as his common-law-wife which would have put her ahead of his children as the administrator of his estate.
Administrators of the estate must be at least 18-years-old
Desiree and DMX share a two-year-old son and the rapper has 14 other children.
