Last year Karlie Redd's Love and Hip Hop Atlanta boyfriend, Arkansa rapper Maurice "Mo" Fayne, was hit with fraud charges after applying for a COVID19 payroll protection loan then using the money to pay off his child support, buy a Rolex watch, a Rolls Royce and 8 new semi trucks instead of paying his trucking company employees [click here if you missed that].
According to reports Mo has pled guilty to 6 counts of federal bank fraud and is facing up to 13 years in prison at sentencing.
Mo must also forfeit the 8 trucks purchased with the loan money and $100k from several bank accounts.
Mo has been in custody since December for violating his bond but is asking to be released to get his house in order before his sentencing in September.
