Wade Robson Vows to Appeal Dismissal of Michael Jackson Lawsuit

Last week a judge dismissed former Michael Jackson protégée Wade Robson's lawsuit against Michael Jackson's estate after claiming he was molested by Jackson when he was a child, an accusation he did not make until after Michael's death [click here if you missed that]. 

Robeson is already planning his appeal... 

In a statement to the media Wade Robson's attorney explains,

“If allowed to stand, the decision would set a dangerous precedent that would leave thousands of children working in the entertainment industry vulnerable to sexual abuse by persons in places of power. The children of our state deserve protection, and we will not stop fighting until we [ensure] that every child is safe.”
