Last week Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion lashed out on social media after false claims that felony assault charges against Canadian rapper Tory Lanez had been dismissed circulated online [click here if you missed that].
Now Tory wants his gag order lifted so that he can publicly defend himself against the charges...
According to reports Tory Lanez filed a motion to have his gag order lifted claiming it's unfair to him that Megan can speak about the case but he cannot. Tory is also upset that Megan implied he and his legal team had something to do with the false claims about the case circulating.
Tory has been charged with felony assault for allegedly shooting Megan in both feet after an argument in the Hollywood Hills [click here if you missed that].
