Cardi explains her motive...
Apparently the guy robbed one of Cardi's cousins at gunpoint after the cousin saw him stranded on the side of the road and offered him a ride.
In a video posted on Instagram stories Cardi told her followers
“So I want to make this clear for the dumb people in the back. The reason why I posted a photo of that man is because I want information on that man because I feel like the cops is not moving fast enough. It's like with social media you can find anything and anybody!
“No, I’m not gonna get the guy f—ing beat up and killed and anything like that. I’m not putting a bounty, just want some info...Ya'll was doing the same sh-t with the Capitol Hill rioters ya'll was putting they information and all that! What's wrong?!”
