Hip hop and TV personality star Spectacular Blue Smith is facing battery charges tonight after an incident at Disney. Smith is accused of punching an employee twice in the head, leaving him possibly unconscious and suffering from a concussion.
Orange County Deputies say the victim (cast member/employee) said Smith simulated sneezing on him and said "Coronavirus" as he walked towards a ride. The confrontation began after the employee told Smith to leave the line. Smith bonded out on a $500 bond
