Back in March talk show Tavis Smiley was ordered to pay $1.5 million in damages to the Public Broadcasting System after losing his wrongful termination lawsuit after being fired for sexual harassment [click here if you missed that].
Now Tavis has to cough up more dough...
According to reports Tavis has been ordered to pay PBS additional damages for violating his morality clause.
The total amount awarded to PBS is now $2.6 million.
The judge also denied Tavis' request to lower the judgement.
