According to reports Nicole Young admits she did sign a prenuptial agreement, under extreme pressure from Dre, but claims he tore up multiple copies of the document two years into their marriage and told her he was ashamed about asking her to do it.
Nicole says since that day they both understood there was no prenuptial agreement.
Dre has agreed to pay spousal support and Nicole's expenses, but she argues the bulk of his billion dollar fortune was made during their marriage and she should be entitled to it.
