Last month 1501 Entertainment CEO Carl Crawford tried to force Megan Thee Stallion into arbitration after she tried to sue him for blocking her music [click here if you missed that].
Now Meg and Carl are headed to trial...
According to reports the judge denied Crawford's request for to dispute to be resolved by arbitration based on the terms of Meg's contract that prohibited her from suing him in court.
Now both sides will have to present their case before the judge.
Megan and Crawford are fighting over royalties and ownership of Megan's music.
