This week Philadelphia 76ers Ben Simmons' sister Liv accused New Orleans Pelicans assistant coach Jamelle McMillan of being an abusive boyfriend during their college romance [click here if you missed that].
Liv defends coming forward after her accusations went viral...
In a series of videos posted on social media Liv explains how she was initially chatting with her Twitter followers about her toxic relationship with her daughter's father which triggered memories about McMillan. Then she mentions how his life is picture perfect while hers has been a spiral of depression brought on by low self-esteem caused by McMillan's abuse. In the final video she also admits that she asked for money.
