Last year incarcerated rapper Kodak Black claimed he had been drugged by prison guards who set him up to be jumped [click here if you missed that].
Now Kodak is claiming his civil rights are being violated and his life is being put in danger...
In a post on Instagram Kodak claims he is being sent to one of the roughest prisons in the system to make sure he stays in trouble. Kodak also claims the prison in question is outside the legal radius where he can be sent.
