Earlier this week Talia Tilley filed for a restraining order against music producer Yung Berg after accusing him of pistol whipping her and breaking her nose after accusing her of trying to set him up [click here if you missed that].
According to reports a judge granted Talia's request on Friday and Berg must stay at least 100 yards away from her.
Talia accused Berg of beating her with the butt of his gun until she gave up her cell phone after accusing her of seducing him in a set up for a home invasion.
