Miguel Núñez Jr. Addresses Grocery Store Theft

Last week actor Miguel Núñez Jr, Pretty Ricky is what they called him, was arrested in Los Angeles after walking out of a Ralph's grocery store with $200 worth of groceries without paying [click here if you missed that].

Miguel apologizes and explains what happened....
 
In a post on Instagram Miguel brushes off the incident as a huge misunderstanding and donates $1000 to a charity helping to feed to homebound seniors.

I ALMOST WENT TO JAIL. I didn't want to stand in long line at grocery store so I just walked out with all my chit n went home. Came back after line was shorter and manager was mad I didn't want to wait and wouldn't take my pmt so she called the police. They took me to the station but I had a clean record so they just let me go. I gotta pay store n $500 fine - Fees n court cost. I HATE LINES but that was an expensive & dumb move .. All my impatient fault..
