According to reports, after six weeks abroad, Elephant Man told customs agents that he'd only visited Amsterdam, omitting his trip to Germany, which is on Jamaica's banned countries list because of the COVID19 coronavirus.
In a video posted online the artist, real name Oneal Bryan, apologized profusely to the people of Jamaica, the customs agents and the Minister of Health and said he would never intentionally put anyone's life in danger.
The artist may be facing charges.
