Late last year Damon Dash was accused of sexual harassment in a $50 million civil lawsuit filed by photographer Monique Bunn claiming Dame exposed himself and fondled her while she was sleeping at his house with his girlfriend present. Bunn also accused Dash of keeping her computer, her hard drive and 20 years worth of copyrighted photos [click here if you missed that].
Damon has filed to have the case tossed out...
According to reports Damon Dash filed a motion to have the case dismissed on the grounds that he was not properly served. Dash claims the legal docs were mailed to an un-monitored P.O. Box invalidating the lawsuit.
The ruling is pending.
