Gillum inadvertently confirms the picture's authenticity...
The Floridian, who leaked the naked pic, confirms they received a cease and desist letter from Andrew Gillum's attorneys accusing them of violating Gillum's privacy by posting the picture.
The Floridian has since removed the pics.
