This week former Empire star Jussie Smollett was indicted on six felony counts of disorderly conduct in connection with the alleged hate crime hoax he staged in Chicago last year [click here if you missed that].
New information sheds light on Jussie's side of the story....
Last year Jussie Smollett was arrested after the investigation into his alleged hate crime attack lead straight to Empire show extras, Able and Ola Osundario, who immediately claimed Jussie paid them $3,500 to attack him on the street, which Jussie later reported as a hate crime perpetrated by Donald Trump supporters [click here if you missed that].
Apparently Jussie is now claiming the oldest brother ordered the youngest brother to attack him to prove they weren't in a relationship.
From The Post
Tina Glandian, Smollett’s lawyer, has maintained Smollett is telling the truth about his attack and said Ola, the eldest of the pair, directed Abel to beat the actor up before a trip to Nigeria as a “test” to prove he wasn’t gay.
Abel had previously purchased drugs for Smollett and had slept over at his home, according to court records reviewed by The Post.
