This week news leaked that rapper Future's 17-year-old son Jakobi Wilburn had been arrested by the gang task force in Georgia and was being represented by a public defender [click here if you missed that].
Not so fast...
While the reports of Jakobi being jailed are true, apparently he declared himself indigent and requested a public defender without notifying his parents.
Meanwhile sources close to Future tell TMZ the rapper is bankrolling the finest lawyers money can buy for his son.
