According to reports despite Rob's outrageous claims that Blac Chyna was drinking and drugging with strangers she met on the Internet in Dream's presence and that Dream took off her clothes and twerked naked after spending time with her mother the judge denied his motion for an immediate custody ruling.
Rob wanted the custody agreement changed awarding him primary custody with Blac Chyna being allowed limited visitation with a nanny present at all times.
The custody battle is ongoing.
