Last year rapper Soulja Boy was accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend and holding her hostage for over six hours [click here if you missed that].
Now she's suing...
According to reports the alleged victim filed a lawsuit accusing Soulja of assault and battery, false imprisonment and sexual battery.
The accuser is seeking an undisclosed amount claiming she was tied up, pistol whipped and kept in the garage for over six hours, until one of the men Soulja had guarding the room allowed her to escape in exchange for a sexual favor.
After leaving the house the accuser went straight to the hospital, where she was treated for fractured ribs and a contusion on her head, and filed a police report.
