Back in October Steve Harvey's stepdaughter Lori Harvey was arrested in Beverly Hills after trying to flee the scene of an auto accident wherein she flipped her Mercedes G-Wagon [click here if you missed that].
Lori has been officially charged...
According to reports Lori Harvey has been charged with one count of resisting/delaying/obstructing a peace officer and one count of hit and run resulting in property damage.
Witnesses claim Lori was texting at the time of the crash.
