An arrest warrant has been issued for Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham for slapping a New Orleans police officer on the butt...
It all started Monday night in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome locker room after LSU beat Clemson for the college football national championship.
According to reports an officer was asking players to extinguish their celebratory cigars, because it's a fire code violation, when he felt Odell Beckham slap his butt. The 48-year-old lieutenant, and former LSU player, told NOLA Times Picayune his first instinct was to punch O'Dell in the face. He pressed charges instead.
An arrest warrant has been issued and O'Dell is facing one count of simple battery.
