Two years ago Tamar Braxton's ex husband Vincent Herbert was ordered to repay Sony Records $3.7 million after failing to recoup on the advance he was given to find new talent [click here if you missed that].
Vincent never paid up, and now Sony is going after his royalties...
According to reports a court date has been set for January 22, 2020 to determine whether or not Sony can garnish Vincent's wages.
Vincent has not shown up for any of the court proceedings.
