Back in 2015 Steve Harvey famously announced the wrong winner at the Miss Universe Pageant crowning Miss Colombia instead of Miss Philippines [click here if you missed that].
Last night Steve got into another mixed up with Miss Universe...
Apparently there was a teleprompter malfunction causing Steve to misname the winner of the costume competition.
