This week NFL commissioner Roger Goodell announced the league was moving on from Colin Kaepernick after they were unable to agree on terms for a scheduled workout in front of team owners [click here if you missed that].

Apparently the league changed the standard waiver for workouts and Colin's included a clause concerning future litigation under state and federal employment laws.
