Back in August music producer Stevie J was awarded primary custody of his daughter with former stripper Joseline Hernandez after she took the child to LA when she was supposed to be in Miami for a custody exchange [click here if you missed that].
Stevie just got another break...
According to reports a judge pushed back Stevie and Joseline's next custody hearing until February 2020 and he will maintain primary custody until then, with Joseline awarded visitation.
Stevie also no longer has to pay Joseline $1,0000 a month in child support.
