Kevin McCall Bond Raised After Making Gang Threats
Yesterday R&B singer songwriter Kevin McCall was arrested in Atlanta and held on $9,500 bond for getting into a scuffle with a deputy sheriff after refusing commands to stop live stream recording inside the Fulton County Court house where he was scheduled for a child custody hearing with his ex-girlfriend, reality star Eva Sterling [click here if you missed that].
Kevin's bond has been increased another $2,000.00 for making gang threats...
Yesterday at Kevin's first hearing he was assigned a public defender after his private attorney failed to show up after waiting nearly an hour. When his case was finally heard the judge tacked and additional $2,000 on his bond because he referenced the Crip Gang while threatening the deputy on Instagram Live.
The troubled singer was not able to make bail and is currently being held at the Fulton County Jail.
Kevin's next court hearing is Nov. 20.
