Back in September comedian Kevin Hart was sued by Montia Sabbag after she accused him and the blog formerly known as Fameolous of invasion of privacy and inflicting emotional distress after her sex tape with Kevin was leaked online [click here if you missed that].
The case has been thrown out for a second time...
According to reports the case was originally dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, but has been dismissed a second time on the grounds that while the citizenships of Kevin Hart and Fameolous were confirmed, the citizenship of the third defendant "The Cosmopolitan Hotel" could not be established.
Montia accuses Kevin of allowing his former friend actor JT Jackson to film their encounter and then leak it for publicity. JT was later cleared [click here if you missed that].
