Back in July Matt Jordan, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore's last boyfriend before she got married, was arrested for assaulting his new girlfriend at a Denny's in Arizona [click here if you missed that].
Now Matt has been officially charged...
According to reports Matt, who voluntarily entered rehab for anger management following his arrest [click here if you missed that], has been formally charged with one misdemeanor count of assault and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct.
Each charge carries up to 6 months in prison if convicted.
Kenya was granted a restraining order against Matt in 2017 [click here if you missed that].
