This week R. Kelly's legal team argued that his health was failing and that it was unfair that he's only allowed to visit one of his two girlfriends at a time in an effort to have him released on bond while awaiting trial on felony child sexual abuse charges in New York [click here if you missed that].
The request has been denied...
On Wednesday a judge denied the motion agreeing with the prosecution that R. Kelly poses a significant flight risk and has a history of tampering with witnesses.
R Kelly is facing sex abuse trials in both New York and Illinois.
