This week, after winning a $1 million default judgment against Cash Money Records CEO Bryan 'Birdman' Williams for unpaid wages, former groundskeeper Nicholas Jose Penzo sent subpoenas to Citibank in a effort to collect the money [click here if you missed that].
Gotta be quicker than that Jose...
In response to Penzo's subpoena Citibank replied,
“Citibank has no tangible or intangible personal property of the Defendants.”According to reports Birdman closed down seven accounts with Citibank in August.
The judgment was awarded in September.
