According to reports Damon Dash filed court docs requesting to void his child support agreement with ex-wife Rachel Roy claiming he can no longer afford the court ordered $6,000 a month for their two children, Ava and Talulah.
Dame claims Rachel pulls in $500k a year while he only earns $56,000 a year and feels the $3,600 he contributes to 11-year-old Talulah's private school tuition is enough.
The ruling is pending.
