Last year former music mogul Damon Dash settled his $5 million lawsuit against film director Lee Daniels after accusing Lee of shutting him out of the upcoming Richard Pryor biopic [click here if you missed that].
The settlement amount has been revealed...
According to reports Dame settled for way less than $5 million, accepting $1.7 million paid in installments.
In return Damon agreed to give up any co-executive producer credit and any backend percentage of profits from the movie.
