For nearly three years estranged spouses, actors Tisha Campbell and Duane Martin, have been thugging it out in bankruptcy court in the midst of their bitter divorce [click here if you missed that].
This month Duane finally obtained a settlement, but Tisha is moving to block it...
According to reports Tisha Campbell filed court docs to block the pending bankruptcy settlement, which includes the sale of their multi-million dollar family home, claiming she was not consulted on the deal and accuses Duane of trying to circumvent her legal rights.
Part of the proceeds were to be used to pay back a $1.5 million loan from Duane's best friend, actor Will Smith.
While Tisha is not opposed to the sale, she does not want Duane or his family to profit from it.
The case is ongoing.
