According to reports this week Mel B told the courts she was unemployed and without a steady stream of income after her ex, Stephen Belafonte, filed for an increase in child support.
While Mel refused to disclose how much she made from the recent Spice Girls reunion tour, she admitted she's currently living off the proceeds.
Mel pays Stephen $5,000 a month and they share joint custody of Madison.
The ruling is pending.
