According to reports Alfred Johnson, 66, died in his sleep in Kansas City, Missouri on Thursday.
Alfred is one of six siblings who divided Prince's fortune after he died without leaving a will in 2016 [click here if you missed that].
Prince's sister Tyka confirmed the news on Facebook.
