Reality TV judge Greg Mathis accused of spitting on a valet in Detroit...
According to reports a valet from Flood's Bar and Grill in Detroit filed a police report against Judge Mathis Monday night, claiming the judge spit on him after cursing him out for leaving the valet stand to retrieve another car with the keys to Mathis' Rolls Royce in his pocket.
Apparently the judge had wait 10 to 15 minutes for his car and lost it after the guy tried to apologize for taking the keys and explain why it took so long for him to come back.
There were multiple witnesses and police are investigating.
