Back in April former NBA player Sebastian Telfair was convicted on felony weapons charges [click here if you missed that].
Now his estranged wife is accusing him of draining their bank accounts before he heads off to jail...
According to reports Sebastian's wife, Samantha Telfair, filed legal docs asking the judge to stop Sebastian from "slowly liquidating our community property assets," and also claims to have uncovered multiple bank accounts she was unaware of during their marriage.
The couple have no prenuptial agreement.
Samantha filed for divorce last month after it was revealed during Sebastian's trial that he had been lavishing money on his girlfriend and allowing her to wear his wife's clothing [click here if you missed that].
Sabastian is facing up to 15 years in prison when he is sentenced next month.
