According to reports Tommie Lee pleaded guilty to one count of cruelty to children in the first degree, three counts of simple battery, family violence, and one count of disrupting public school.
Tommie was sentenced to 10 years in prison, with two years to serve and the rest on probation. The two years will be suspended upon completion of a residential recovery program and 12 months of successful aftercare with a psychologist or psychiatrist.
Under terms of her probation Tommie can't have violent contact with a child, must get permission to travel outside the state of Georgia, honor an 11pm curfew and may not attend events where drugs or alcohol are being served.
