Insiders tell Sandra Rose Apollo broke a rule regarding intimate relations at his halfway house in Philadelphia.
It is not clear if his intimate partner was his fiancée Sherien Almufti or a resident of the halfway house.
Apollo could now remain behind bars until his original release date of October 15, 2019.
