Last month an R. Kelly accuser won a default judgement after he failed to respond to his court summons [click here if you missed that].
The verdict has been tossed out...
According to reports the verdict was vacated after Kellz lawyers successfully argued that he didn't respond to the summons because he was served in jail and he can't read.
The lawsuit has been reinstated and will move forward.
