From The Blast
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the judge not only sentenced Clermont to the one year behind bars but she will be on three years supervised release after checking out.
Clermont will have to participate in an outpatient treatment program, which may include testing to find out if she “reverted to using drugs or alcohol.”
She will also have to complete an outpatient mental health treatment program and take any prescribed medications, unless otherwise instructed. Clermont had to agree to have her property searched at any time with or without a warrant.
Once she is out, Clermont was ordered to not open any credit cards or make any new credit purchases and pay $4,696 in restitution.
