Now Kellz is trying to fight the verdict...
According to reports R. Kelly is arguing that he was in jail at the time he received his court summons and was overwhelmed and didn't understand the seriousness of the motion, also his attorney was unaware he had been served.
Kellz is hoping to have the judgement set aside and a new court date set.
